We have moved on from DRA to VOYAGER, which is much more versatile.
While using DRA, I used to put an asterisk in the "Vendor Title number"
area to alert for seasonal issues, and 2 asterisks for combined issues.
When I printed out my claims, the asterisks allowed me to easily spot
those items I needed to change before sending on to Ebsco.

My apologies; my previous message regarding seasonal check-in applied to
DRA. But I have received some very interesting replies from non-DRA
users.

Thanks for your help,

Mary
