***Here's my procedure:
1) Select & physically pull titles/volumes to be bound
2) Using carbon forms provided by bindery, enter enumeration/
        chronological information, printing binding slips as you go
3) Students separate binding slips, insert in rubber-banded volumes,
        measure and price
4) Two students proofread (so each item gets looked at twice, each
        time by a different set of eyes)
5) Correct any errors, print out job report & save shipment to disc.
6) Students pack shipment; enclose copy of shipping list with disc.
