Well lets hope this is an improvement for all of us.
I am just finishing a snail mail to the same person you are
sending it to Jeanette.  I have not been made that offer to
extend our issues, but I just started the subscription back up
so its not clear what I will end up getting.  I had already
emailed someone else in customer service, but never received
a reply back.  I will go ahead and do the snail mail and attach
the emails I have from Elizabeth Sottile as background.

Way to go though :)
