TO ALL:

I was able to contact Customer Service about the "Basic Access License" on which the pricing information we had received was about.

According to this C.S. representative, for the Basic Access License, there is NO Agreement to sign !   We will receive instructions in January (mail) for gaining access.

Since I have instructed our subscription agents to change our subscriptions to print + online, we should be fine.

I would have thought that we would have received the instructions in December so we would not have interrupted service. (unless there is some grace period before cutoff) We shall see.

BTW

For everyone, have a Great Holiday Season.  Eat as MUCH (or as little) as you want.

Has anyone out there ever reached a real person at Wiley Interscience about
the "Basic Access License?"  I have sent email and I leave daily messages
on their voicemail.  Just curious if there's a secret number to call or a
specific name to ask for to avoid be routed onto the phone system.
