Although we first started our subscription of HBR in Jan this year, and
we pre-paid for the whole year 2001 subscription before the end of 2000,
we received only the first six issues for 2001.

Despite the fact that OCLC Bib record 1751795 (LCCN 25-10769), the 310
tag says 10 times a year starting Jan. 2001-, we have not been exempted
from this maltreatment.

Our EBSCONet rep told us that the publisher had increased the frequency
from 6 to 10 issues and and that they would not adjust any subscriptions
ordered for 2001. Therefore our subscription expired with the June 2001
issue!
