We use a similar method. We have our list of titles and holdings in a Word
document. Changes and/or corrections are kept track in the "master" copy,
updated in the Word document as time permits, and then printed and bound
annually. We use FORMERLY, and CONTINUED BY notes under the holdings
information to help the patron follow the title changes.
