We were directly affected by the closing of the Illinois Faxon office last
fall. We were consolidated into the Massachusetts office, had great
support from Faxon through this transition, no particular problems with
renewals and are enjoying ongoing great service. I've always found Faxon
to be very responsive to our needs and any problems that arise are
resolved. Having a skilled, proactive service rep is certainly an
important factor. Good luck!

Jim,

You did not explain what you mean by "problematic." I can't tell you if we
are experiencing similar problems because I don't know what your problems
are.
