LeChi,
Sorry my answer wasn't more clear. Issues before Feb. 23, 1998 were
titled: "F-D-C reports. Prescription
pharmaceuticals and biotechnology." The Feb. 23, 1998 issue changed the
title to "The pink sheet:
prescription pharmaceuticals and biotechnology." It apparently carried
the old ISSN number until Jan. 8, 2001
when it changed to 1530-6240 (the Jan. 2, 2001 issue still has the old
ISSN). I don't know why it took so long
for the ISSN to change, but that's what appears to have happened.

I have submitted error corrections to OCLC to correct the 008 field
dates, and update the 260 and 362 fields
with final volume information/correct dates and to correct the 785 field
on record #27695743; and to add the
new ISSN to the 020 field on record #49262806.

The close-out date for bib record #27694743 should read 1998, not 2000,
with 785 cross reference to the bib
record for the continuation title. Over the years, the caption design
of the pink sheet has changed several
times, often giving it a new/different look; but the actual title change
appears to have taken place in February
of 1998.
