Dani:

Our library has subscribed to Paris Match through Ebsco for
a number of years.  We have never experienced any real problems.
Looking back, we claimed 1 issue in 1996 and 4 issues at the
end of 1997......that's it.  Probably one of our best receipt records.
I'm not sure why your library had such problems.
