Do other libraries provide online access to  the JOURNAL OF CHEMICAL
EDUCATION?
For some obscure technical reason, we have lost access to fulltext.  If
you click on the pdf link at the abstract or citation you are prompted
for a username/password instead of being served up with fulltext.
I have worked on this with our systems office, our periodicals vendor
and the publisher.  We have confirmed that the list of IP addresses they
have is correct.  But try as we all might, no fulltext.  So now I want
to ask - is this a general problem with this journal, or is it just us?
