We have notes in our records that the publisher will provide free access
as long as we're willing to get in with a user name and password, but
if we want IP access, we have to pay extra. (We opted not to do this
since we have full text from ProQuest.)

>>From your message, it sounds like you've paid the extra money and had IPs
all set up but are now suddenly being denied access to full text. Maybe
somewhere along the line the publisher's record has been changed to
that you haven't paid and that you're only entitled to the free access
password? I remember no end of strange access problems/denials of
from publishers when I was working on this sort of thing a few years
and in almost all cases, it was something at the publisher's end that
causing the problem.

Good luck.
