Mary,

Do you need language for the RFP or language for the list?  If you are
looking for words and phrases.  A publication I would recommend is "The
RFP Process: Effective Management of the Acquisition of Library
Materials"  by Frances C. Wilkinson and Connie Capers Thorson" published
in 1998 by Libraries Unlimited.  I used the source and it provides a
wealth of information.

Also, if you need to review an RFP, please let me know.  I can send you
the one I draft for me library.
