I agree that we should make Serialst a "subscriber" only list.  It works
for other groups.  When someone who is not subscribed wants to post, they
can ask a subscriber to post for them.  I also use the job postings, not
only for myself but to get an idea on wording for positions I may be
posting.  I also forward them to others who I know are job hunting.
