though that settled the matter.

***I think what this discussion has proved, once again, is that neither side
is tarred with the black brush and neither has the halo.
I know I've reclaimed an issue that had arrived and somehow snuck through
without being removed from (my vendor's online claim database).  I also know
I've been told by a publisher that an issue I claimed had never been
published, while my claim for it was based upon the holdings of several
online library catalogues - which listed it (sometimes along with the date
received) plain as day.
