I am in a bit of a bog here.

We were with Faxon/Rowecom.  We are now in the process of ordering
annuals, etc. that we hadn't paid them for, and going through the
publisher.  I am having a devil of  a time - finding the current
publisher, and then accessing the information I need to order.  The
foreign publications are the most delightful.

Next we are looking at our early renewals list, and I am thinking so
many magazines use clearinghouses.

I am hoping all you experienced Serialsters out there read questions in
the above, and have some answers.
I am really not knowing where to begin.
