I received a claims report also, but I'm checking it to send it in
because the claims on it refer to subscriptions already in effect last
year, before the mess was started. Our reps can work on claims but they
just cannot place any new orders. I've also received e-mailed claims
responses that said when an issue had to be purchased, that we should
purchase it ourselves because they cannot place orders. I have also not
placed any new claims with them since all of this happened.

I had a good giggle when I got it in the mail this past week, but Faxon
sent me a Claims report. It's the first one I've received since
December. Did anyone else get one? If you did, what are you going to
do with it?
