(new) rep contacted me when I posted to the Rowecom creditors list,
saying that one of the publishers that had indicated they were gracing
issues, was not, and when I called, the person who answered the phone
knew of no such policy.
***I also contacted the new rep when I ran into a renewal that had been
paid, but the pub wasn't seeing it.
***They are doing business, what business there is, as usual, as far as
I know, and with as much grace as they always have. My admiration for
the workers there was always high, and it has gone only up since this
whole divine debacle.

Our Faxon customer service rep is still working and processing our current
claims. She is sending responses within 2 or 3 days. Faxon had said they
would continue operations on a limited basis, and claims appear to fall in
that category as far as I can tell.

I had a good giggle when I got it in the mail this past week, but Faxon
sent me a Claims report. It's the first one I've received since
December. Did anyone else get one? If you did, what are you going to
do with it?
