Sure enough, you're right.  That's pretty frustrating, since Elsevier
sent me an email message yesterday telling me it was now available on
SciDirect.
I did double-check to make sure it was up at SciServer before I sent my
message out yesterday (it is there), and I figured that if SciServer had
it SciDirect surely would as well.  Goes to show what happens when you
assume...
