According to the web site for the journal Arts in Asia
(www.artsofasianet.com/), the fax number is (852) 23763713, and the
email address is info@artsofasianet.com.  The website places the
unidentified publisher in Hong Kong rather than Macau. However, Ulrich's
provides the same address for the journal with the ISSN you provided,
and identifies the publisher as Arts of Asia Publications Ltd.
