FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

TDNet and HARRASSOWITZ to collaborate in providing e-content management
solutions.

April 1, 2003, West Chester, PA, & Wiesbaden, Germany:

Through an agreement reached in March, 2003, TDNet
[http://www.tdnet.com], a leading supplier of electronic resource
management solutions, and HARRASSOWITZ [http://www.harrassowitz.de], a
major periodicals subscription agent, will collaborate to provide
complete and consolidated access to electronic content for libraries in
the USA and Canada. The collaboration will begin in April, 2003.

Through this agreement, HARRASSOWITZ will act as agent to supply TDNet
services in the USA and Canada, making it possible for libraries to
manage their electronic resources through one source. In addition,
subscription information from e-journals purchased through HARRASSOWITZ
will automatically be included in a library's TDNet services. As a
result, libraries will gain consolidated access to all of the e-journals
that they are licensed to use, including their individual subscriptions
supplied by HARRASSOWITZ as well as those licensed via aggregator or
gateway systems.
TDNet provides complete e-content management services, including A-to-Z
title lists, searchable tables of contents, links to full text, TOC
alerts, usage statistics and MARC cataloging data.

According to TDNet's Michael Markwith, "Working with HARRASSOWITZ allows
us to take advantage of HARRASSOWITZ's superior customer service
organization to establish relationships with a large number of libraries
in the USA and Canada. By responding jointly to libraries' RFP's, TDNet
and HARRASSOWITZ will be able to provide complete and consolidated
e-journal access to these libraries."

Dr. Knut Dorn, Managing Partner of HARRASSOWITZ, said, "TDNet's products
are a logical extension of our services. This collaboration will give
our customers the opportunity to develop collections of e-journals that
include individual subscriptions as well as pre-packaged aggregations.
Libraries will now be able to regain control over their
collection-development decisions and overcome the unpredictability in
coverage often found in other aggregated collections."
