As an FYI... There are 2 LC authenticated serial records in OCLC
(#40443423)-- one for Taunton's threads (which was entered in Dec. 1998)
and #34949324 for Threads (entered in 1996/replaced in Apr. 2002) so old
rules would have been used, correct?

Also, I'd like to add that with the new title change rules, this would
not be considered a major change (addition of corporate body at front of
title--21.2A2c), so a new record would not be created in any case.
