Also add OTHER ACTIVITIES that takes time to do.  IE  Backmed/Backserv
requests and volumes,issues received, claims responses, union list
updating, coding of journal holdings in databases (ie J-codes in Ovid
databases or PubMed LInkout, we have an incomplete volumes area, do you
photocopy articles from them for your patrons.

Your director already knows what you are doing.  Documenting your
activities, shows the Institutional hierarchy just how much you do !!

We also track our binding - new issues (rec'd this FY) bound, old
issues bound, volumes bound.

Hi,

We are reviewing the statistics categories we use to track our serials
operation.  We currently track check-ins, serial title added, serial
title canceled, and serial claiming.  I wonder if any serial
librarians can tell me if we miss any categories or if any categories
are not needed.
