Can anyone on the list help me with a cataloguing problem please.

We get the journal: Addiction:
Addiction (Abingdon, England) ISSN 0965-2140, LCCN 93645978, OCLC 27367194.

For several years it has issued supplements to most volumes. They have
the volume numbering of the main journal but have their own numbering
and paging sequence within each volume. For example: "Volume 97
Supplement 1 December 2002" (page 1-142) when there is also a vol. 97,
no. 1 January 2002 (page 1-123) of the main journal. The title of these
supplements is just: Addiction; the word Supplement appears to be part
of the numbering.

However, each supplement has a SICI and the ISSN in this is 1359-6357 -
This is different from that of the main journal.

Does this ISSN mean we should create a separate serial bibliographic
record for the supplements?
