Sounds like you're missing some issues.  Here's what we have received:

For JSNT, we received four issues for 2002: no.85 (March), no.86 (June),
v.25 no.1 (Sept.), & v.25 no.2 (Dec.).

For JSOT, we received five issues for 2002: no.97 (March), no.98 (June),
no.99 (also June), v.27 no.1 (Sept.), & v.27 no.2 (Dec.).
