The statement we use, although  I am not sure it is the best possible is
'Online version available x months after print publication.'  We only
include full text titles in our catalogue so don't need to specify that
each time.

I think that you should start with the word No as in:

No full text for latest 2 years

That way that don't have to read so far into the statement (heaven forbid
that they take that much time and/or effort!) to get to the heart of the
matter.

Dear Jane,

Of late we have found that online access which is bundled free with print
are only available for the current 2 years and hence we add beside the
title (Current 2 years only). This seems to help.
