ADVERTISED POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

Metadata Librarian/Database Management Unit Head.  Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Coordinator for Bibliographic Control and Electronic
Resource Services, will have responsibility for providing organization
and access to materials in a variety of formats, with an emphasis on
electronic resources, including participating in the planning, managing
and evaluation of metadata for digital projects.  This position will
oversee the Database Management Unit with responsibility for metadata
record management in the online catalog and other web-enabled databases.
