We are trying to create a correct periodicity pattern for "Aviation Daily"
but have some missing issues/numbers.
Can anyone tell me what the last number for volume 354 was (I'm assuming
this was some time in December 2003) and what the date was for the first
issue/number of volume 355 in 2004?
