Full text access to APA titles is available through PsycARTICLES, which
is available though several database vendors (Ebsco, Ovid, etc)as well
as directly through APA.   Several vendors also allow linking directly
to full text articles in APA journals from citations in PsycINFO.

In my experience, vendors offer better service that going directly
through APA.
