Has anyone had experience cancelling journal subscriptions (print and/or
electronic) with the promise of rapid document delivery in
compensation? If so,
What was the general reaction on campus, particularly from faculty?
Has document delivery increased substantially?
Have you seen a net savings in expenditures?
An increase/decrease in staff hours devoted to journal related activities?
