Dear all,

In light of the recent Faxon bankruptcy, I was wondering if any of you are
now using escrow accounts or some other means of protecting your college's
money with serial vendors?  I'm not asking for confidential account
information, just an idea of what others are doing.

We are considering our options here at Mount Holyoke and are curious what
paths others may or may not have taken.
