Thanks for the information. Doesn't seem to be related, but who knows???? Thanks again, Gin Lingle >>> deshazok@OHSU.EDU 08/25/04 03:31PM >>> I don't know if this applies in your case but we found that certain features such as personal files, personal searches, PDA formatted content, CME exams, e-mail alerts, and (surprisingly) PowerPoint downloads are available only to individuals with personal subscriptions. Hope you are able to identify and resolve! Is anyone experiencing a problem when trying to print a PDF or full text article from a resulting list of citations retrieved after entering a search term on the NEJM web site? We have a site license with unlimited access (no limited number of seats or simultaneous users), IP authentication, and no embargo. I've called NEJM and they see no indication as to why we cannot print full text. The problem is sporadic with the same user at the same PC sometimes being able to print and at other times not being able to print. We have tested with several users and library staff, at different times of the day, printing different citations, on different PCs. I'm working with our IT department as well to try to identify the cause of the problem, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience. Thanks, Gin Lingle Virginia A. Lingle, M.S.L.S.
