We currently have about  200 routing lists which are in an old serials
system called Data Trek.

I need to find a way to get these routing lists into another system.  It
could be something as simple as a Word document.

Does anyone have any suggestions, or know of any easy-to-use, inexpensive
software, that would be useful for transferring our routing lists over to?
