If we notice a restriction that would prevent our freely lending this
(among our own student/faculty patrons) we can always make the item
"Library use only". We do not usually lend media through ILL outside our
own campus. To be frank, if the publisher does not make any restrictions
prominent on the piece or its packaging, we may miss them. We don't search
that  hard.
