Re: Bindery Bid Matrix Edwards, Nora I 11 Mar 2005 20:49 UTC

Hi Kevin,

Forgive my ignorance, I'm the bindery clerk at UT-Dallas and I
would like to know what a Bindery RFP is.................a module by any
chance??

When you stop laughing and have time, I would love to hear from
you directly and not on the list!

We use Voyager for cataloging and LARS to generate the bindery
tickets for Heckman Bindery (Heckman shares the state contract). I keep
hearing about a bindery module, but have not seen anything.

                                Many thanks,

                                    Nora

Subject: [SERIALST] Bindery Bid Matrix

Hi,
I'm working on a Bindery RFP and was wondering if anyone would be
willing to share a selection matrix, or some sort of point scheme, to
use when it comes time to select the winning bid. We want award the bid
to the best overall bid and company not to the lowest bid.

Please respond to directly to me < kevbre@cc.usu.edu >and I'll
summarize to the List.

Thanks!
Kevin
