Hello all,

We are looking to purchase a new serials management system (check-in,
reports, etc.).  Does anyone use Surpass Serials?  If so, could you
contact me with any positive or negative information about it's
capabilities and whether or not the representatives offer good customer
and technical support?

I welcome any and all comments :)  I also would also welcome referrals
for other check-in systems.
