What I have for volume and number are very different from what you have.
I think this is one of the ones with two issue numbers.

This is what I have for January 2005:

v. 133, no. 4719 (2005 Jan. 1)
v. 134, no. 4721 (2005 Jan. 10)
v. 134, no. 4722 (2005 Jan. 17)
v. 134, no. 4723 (2005 Jan. 24)
v. 134, no. 4725 (2005 Jan. 31)

These are my notes regarding my communication with the publisher:

V. 133, No.4720 doesn't exist. numbering error of publisher.  4719 and
4721 were double issues.
