We use the enumeration on the print vol. in the 362 (or 500 DBO/LIC as the
case may be).  We also provide a note about coverage such as:

515    Issues for Apr. 2005- consist of articles published electronically
Mar. 2004/July 2004-

Or, if issues always include articles published electronically 10-14
months prior to print publication, that's what we would put in the 515:

515   Issues consist of articles published electronically 10-14 months
prior to print publication.

If the electronic publication also has vol./issue numbering that's
different from the print, we would include that in the note as well. For
instance (hypothetically):

515   Vol. 42, no. 2 (Apr. 2005)- consist of articles published
electronically as v. 41, no. 3 (Mar. 2004)/v. 41, no. 7 (July 2004)-
