I have been in touch with our rep from Proquest/UMI and Proquest does
not offer the current issues of Austin American Statesman on microform.
They do however have some backfiles, but they go back to the 1800's and
early 1900's.  I'm sure that won't help most of us.  I also have been
looking for alternate pricing for the Austin American Statesman on
microform, but so far I have struck out.

If you haven't already contacted them, you might want to check with
Proquest/UMI.  The Austin Statesman is listed in the online product
guide; don't know if it the same one for which you are looking.  The
guide didn't list starting or ending dates, so I hope that means that it
is an ongoing title.
