$30.00 seems to me like an incredibly LOW price for an academic journal.
Although I deal primarily with scientific journals which are among the
most costly, $175.00 still seems inexpensive. No?

Perhaps you are taking issue with the sudden increase? Has the journal
been around awhile without an increase?
