Buddy,
I just received an email from Serials Solutions for this exact
service. You might want to contact them to set this up.

Does anyone know if there are plans to develop Local Holdings Records
from the coverage data stored in Serials Solutions?
The benefits of having the holdings activated for e-journals is limited
when the summary holdings aren't available to inform users and ILL staff
that a needed volume is available at a specific library.
When I was in ILL, we would not request from libraries that did not list
local holdings unless we had no other choice. Too many times we were
getting responses back indicating that the needed volume was not owned.
I think this is an excellent first step, and any information is better
than nothing at all. I'm just hoping that one day we might be able to
just as easily have local holdings for e-journals added in as well.

We have signed up as of yesterday, This is the program which we have
been waiting for that enables us to batch attach our holdings to
e-journal records with hardly any effort on our part. Our ILL decided
not to deflat any titles and will monitor the impact on ILL requests.
Ideally when we have time to map the license and restrictions into our
ERM system, we should be able to identify the ILL loan policy at the
same time, and may choose to selectively deflat certain titles
accordingly.

Hi,
I just received an email about a Serials Solutions/OCLC service that
would display library holdings from aggregated databases in Worldcat.
It says you can control ILL requests automatically. Some of our licenses
allow for ILL and some do not.
I was curious whether any institutions on this list are considering
this, and what they think the benefits will be. It seems to me the
biggest benefit would be providing info for ILL in those cases where the
license allows it.
Thanks,
