Claims process for missing loose-leaf pages from serials vendor Pamela Haley 02 Aug 2006 12:04 UTC

One of the problems we are facing with our serials vendor is the
length of time it takes to fill a claim for missing loose-leaf
pages/updates.  Currency is of utmost importance in our
collections.  We had worked out a system with the vendor which
appears to be hit or miss.  Does anyone have a procedure/process they
use with serials vendors for claiming this type of material that works well?
