Jason,

We are on EBSCO and are starting to use the new EBSCOnet. There are
still a few bugs in the system. Haven't tried the email with EBSCOnet
and we had a few problems with claiming through it yesterday. But we
have our direct phone number and email for our customer rep at EBSCO,
plus she has my own individual email and phone extension, so we can
directly communicate with her. In fact, I have her phone number taped
to the front of my phone.

I don't hesitate to call or email with problems. At times one of the
other reps have picked up the phone when my rep is on the phone and they
are just as helpful. Even the few times there have been problems with
EBSCO themselves, they have always been taken care of professionally.

I have enjoyed all of my reps over the years. We have a good rapport
and they have bent over backwards repeatedly. In the past, I have had a
few reps that I wasn't too sure of, but I kept talking over many phone
calls and we were able to always have good rapport established. I have
felt this important since they do all the nasty work of dealing with the
publishers. AND when I started working with periodicals there was no
one to ask questions here, my EBSCO reps were the one who taught me
about the periodical business.

Also, Jason, you can give your email to EBSCO and they will send things
directly to you along with anyone else in your library. I receive
invoices, newsletters, etc. from them. We have used EBSCOnet
extensively since it was introduced several years ago. I do our annual
renewals on it, too.
Hope this helps.

Jean
