Steve and all
I will need to check some documents and examples when I return to work  (I
am in Stockholm for an ISSN directors meeting).  I think I remember some
training examples, etc. of this sort of situation and that Steve is
correct.  I am inclined at this moment to consider this major change.  If
so, a new ISSN would be assigned.
