I am looking for contact information for the publication, Assessment for Effective
Intervention.  It is published by the Council for Educational Diagnostic Services, a
division of the Council for Exceptional Children and the information on their
webpage is quite limited.
Does anyone have contact information (email, phone, fax etc.) for the above
publication.
