The other respondent who mentioned sending in a request to
https://www3.oclc.org/app/bibchg/  or <bibchange@oclc.org> was correct.

However, if the record has 10 or fewer holdings, you can also do the
work yourself.  Details about what can be done in record correction can
be found in section 5.2 of "Bibliographic Formats & Standards".  Check
