Hi, Rachel.  Our copy says on the last page before the cover that it is
volume 28  #3.  Since it is published monthly beginning in January, this
would be the March issue.  It is is odd that there is no month anywhere
on the magazine.  Issue #2 (February) has a picture of a nude man on the
front.  Hope this helps.
