Our experience was similar.  We continued to receive fiche that was in
production at the time of cancellation or had been shipped.   It took
over 10 weeks to receive our refund.

This question is for those of you who have orders with National Archive
Publishing Company (formerly ProQuest / UMI).

I am curious to know if anyone has canceled any microform orders with
NAPC since the beginning of the year and if you have received your
refund yet.

We canceled quite a number of subscriptions in January and we have still

yet to receive our refund.  We were continuing to receive microform up
through the end of April which I am being assured we will not have to
pay for.  I have remained in contact with my rep and he assures me that
the items have been canceled and that once the credit process is
complete we should receive our refund.  This appears now that might be 2

to 3 more weeks away.

Has anyone else had similar experiences?
