Like last year, this title is publishing seven issues in 2007 (v.98).
Although last year the special issue was no.7, this year it is in the
middle of the run.  2007 (v.98) issues are: no.1 (Jan/Feb), no.2
(Mar/Apr), no.3 (May/Jun), no.4 (Jul/Aug), no.5 (Special Issue), no.6
(Sep/Oct), no.7 (Nov/Dec).

Mark Millar at Oxford Journals was very helpful in demystifying this.  I
suggested to him that when they do something like this, the masthead
should show the correct number of total issues for the year/volume in
the masthead.
