The December 2006 issue of Journal of experimental zoology, Part A,
Comparative experimental biology was the last issue with that title.
Beginning with the following issue, January 2007, there is a different
title, and a new marc record was created.

My question has to do with the record for the old title, OCLC #51539982.
It was correctly updated to include a 362 tag with "ceased with"
information and a 785 tag with succeeding entry info, but the 260 tag,
subfield c, still reads c2003-  .  Shouldn't it be changed to
c2003-2006.  ?
