If you are successfully using the Routing feature in the Millennium
serials module, I'd appreciate a chance to pick your brain.  We're a
public library and migrated to III Millennium almost three years ago.
In our periodicals area we are just getting around to using the Routing
feature in the Serials module, and are having a rough time of it.

The documentation is dispersed throughout the online Help resource, and
screenshots don't match what we see on our screens.  We go through the
motions of setting up initials for users who want to be on the lists for
routed periodicals, but they don't show up on the lists.  Meanwhile,
others show up on the lists but can't be retrieved by an "initials"
search.

And using the "Print Routing" checkbox seems to send the file off into
nowhere...most of the time.  We have successfully printed a route slip a
few times on our regular printer but only once on the designated receipt
(roll) printer...

Please contact me off list if you would be willing to share your
expertise in this area.
